This is a simple brochure website. We do not run accounts, logins, or checkout, so most visitors give us nothing at all. The only personal data we receive is what you choose to send:

• Email correspondence — your name, email address, and anything you write when you contact us at ads@9waysdigitalmedia.com.
• Basic server & analytics data — your browser type, approximate region, the pages you viewed, and the date and time, logged automatically when any website is served.

We do not ask for, and this site does not capture, phone numbers, payment details, or sensitive personal information.

We use the limited information above only to:

• Reply to your enquiry and, if it goes somewhere, discuss working together.
• Keep the website secure, running, and free of abuse.
• Understand — in aggregate — which pages people find useful so we can improve them.

We will not add you to a marketing list or send you newsletters off the back of an enquiry. If we ever want to do something new with your data, we'll ask first.

This site uses only what's strictly necessary to load and stay secure. We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own website, and there are no third-party marketing pixels embedded here.

Your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address as part of serving those files. If you'd rather avoid even that, you can block third-party requests in your browser settings — the site will still work.

We keep the list of companies that touch your data deliberately short. They are:

• Our hosting & CDN provider — serves this website and keeps standard security logs.
• Our email provider — delivers and stores the messages you send to ads@9waysdigitalmedia.com.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site.

Each acts as a processor under our instructions. We do not share your enquiry with anyone else, and we don't run third-party ad trackers on this site.

We do not, and will not, sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Full stop. Your details exist for one reason: so we can have a conversation you started.

We hold email correspondence only as long as it's useful for the relationship, then delete it. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and then rotated out.

As a business operating from the UK, we handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email the address below and we'll action it.
